An entrepreneur is someone who creates value in the market through the human organization of production factors for an economic process.
Entrepreneurship Development Training Program for Subject Officers, Development Officers, Field Officers and Business Hub Members which was organized by the Provincial Management Development and Training Unit On 11.12.2014 under the resourcefulness of Professor P.M.B. Jayathilake.
This program was organized by the Provincial Management Development and Training Unit under the guidance of the Chief Secretary of the North Central Province, Mr. Waruna Samaradiwakara, under the supervision of the Deputy Chief Secretary of the Provincial Management Development and Training Institute, Mrs. R.M.D.P. Pushpakumari, and also under the guidance of the Director of the Institute, Mr. W.M. Gayan Indika and also under the coordination of Administrative Officer, Mrs. F.M.A. Prasadika.
This program was coordinated by Ms. W. Upeksha, Development Officer.who need knowledge about entrepreneurship, it can be obtained from the official YouTube channel of the Provincial Management Development and Training Unit.)

2024.12.11 වන දින (අද දින) විෂයානුබද්ධ මාණ්ඩලික නිලධාරින් , සංවර්ධන නිලධාරින් , ක්ෂේත්‍ර නිලධාරින් හා Business Hub සාමාජිකයින් සදහා ව්‍යවසායකත්ව සංවර්ධන පුහුණු වැඩසටහන මහාචාර්ය පී.එම්.බී. ජයතිලක මහතාගේ සම්පත්දායකත්වයෙන් පැවත්වෙන මෙම වැඩසටහන පළාත් කළමනාකරණ සංවර්ධන හා පුහුණු ඒකකය විසින් සංවිධානය කරන ලදී .
උතුරු මැද පළාත් ප්‍රධාන ලේකම් වරුණ සමරදිවාකර මහතාගේ මඟපෙන්වීමේන්, පළාත් කළමනාකරණ සංවර්ධන හා පුහුණු ආයතනයේ නියෝජ්‍ය ප්‍රධාන ලේකම් ආර් එම් ඩී පී පුෂ්පකුමාරි මහත්මියගේ අධික්ෂණයෙන් හා පුහුණු ආයතනයේ අධ්‍යක්ෂ ඩබ්. එම් ගයාන් ඉන්දික මහතාගේ මෙහෙයවීමෙන් හා එහි පරිපාලන නිලධාරි එෆ් එම් ඒ ප්‍රසාදිකා මහත්මියගේ සම්බන්ධිකරණයෙන් මෙම වැඩසටහන පැවැත්විණි.
